We began the trek by 6 am and moved towards Bali Pass, situated at 4950 m. We had to climb 350 m through a steep trail having hard snow. We walked for a few 100 m and snow patch started. The trek leader gave us microspikes so that we could climb properly.
After cleansing our face with the chilled river water, we had our breakfast and got ready for today’s trek. The local guide already told us that today’s trek is going to be a little tough and steep so we all were prepared.
I know its quite late to jot down this blog because I did this trek back in 2016 when I used to be an amateur trekker. This was the 3rd trek of my life and one of the toughest till now. The experience was so amazing that I could still relive the moments from the trek and that is why I am writing this blog.
